Question 1

Do I need an account to use TravPlanner?

Accepted Answer

No. Anyone can view a shared trip by link with no account. You only need to sign in (email, no password) to generate your own trip or edit one.

Question 2

Is TravPlanner free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, generating and viewing trips is free.

Question 3

Can I edit the plan after it's generated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every activity's place, time, description, and category is editable, you can drag activities to reorder them within a day or move them to a different day, and you can describe a change in plain language ("make day 2 more relaxed") instead of editing by hand.

Question 4

Can I share my trip with friends?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every trip has a shareable link — set it to private, unlisted (link-only), or listed (also shown on /explore) — and friends with the link can leave comments on it.
